I never thought he was the best in the world but If he wins World Cup, then I think he will become the best player in the history. Maybe they were lucky or something but they have reached the Final and that's all because of Messi.

9 years ago. Fifa U20 Youth World Cup Final in 2005 against Nigeria. Argentina won 2-1. 18 year old Messi was a beast in that game and he became the tournament's top scorer with 6 goals. After watching the final, I knew he was going to become one of the greats, but never thought he would get even close to becoming the greatest. I was wrong. I didn't know this initially, but Pablo Zabaleta, Ezequiel Garay, Fernando Gago, Lucas Biglia and Kun Aguero played in this match as well. These players have matured, won numerous trophies at the club level, but now have a chance to stamp their names in the history books by winning the real deal. Good luck to Argentina and good luck to Messi!
