That's extremely harsh. How can a reporter just make this accusation in public so confidently and without care?
just view bait... disgusting journalists everywhere. They live on people hatred and conflicts, it's understandable but those who purely live on such things should be on some kind of HALL OF SHAME LIST for journalist. Anything written by those will not be taken seriously
foews you should rely on bbc and nothing else
This is hardly the fault of the English press. This is Guillem Balague, who talks sh*t on a regular basis. He's a hardcore La Liga fan and is usually being called out for his bias against the PL, as much as anything else.
Now he's talking sh*t about Ronaldo and Messi. Same difference.
@Lod
He is a pundit on SkySports, and writes for English websites and tabloids. He is a part of the English press.
Yes, but that's hardly a sign of wholesale English disgustingness, or something.
Don't get me wrong, I have many issues with the British press, but you can hardly call them all disgusting for the writings of this idiot Balague.
Otherwise, well,I have one single word for you: Marca.
See my point?
@Lod
Lol, I have no love for the Spanish press either, and Marca represent a huge portion of them. But sure, let's not let one rotten apple ruin the entire barrel.
Per the Daily Telegraph.
"Ronaldo, perhaps as a symptom of the immaturity that marks so many footballers, thinks it necessary to put on a brave face in front of his team-mates, not be scared of Messi and to rise to the challenge. All very macho; all very false.
And that is why, according to some Real Madrid players, CR7 has a nickname for him: ‘motherf----r’; and if he sees someone from the club speaking to Leo, he also ends up being baptised ‘motherf----r'.
In that environment, Ronaldo usually compares their relationship with that between the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom. And the Madrid players, with their less than subtle dressing-room sense of humour, have a long list of jokes that include Messi as Ronaldo’s dog or puppet, or kept in a designer handbag belonging to the Portuguese player. And much worse."
This has been written by Spanish journalist Guillem Balague, who claims to always have 'inside' information on Real Madrid and Barcelona. The man previously claimed that Ronaldo will leave Madrid next season, and Ronaldo has most recently said that he will play at Madrid for many more years.
