If Lampard is on the list, Gerrard should be somewhere near him. But Hazard should be a little higher. Kagawa's position is justifiable. Eto'o is also a bit high.

TOO LOW

Hazard - 100 (I'd put him in around 40-50)
Martinez - 99 (More like 40-50)
Koke - 90 (anywhere between 40-60)
Schweinsteiger - 20 (feel he should be located between 6-12)

TOO HIGH

Pique - 39 (more like 60-ish)
Oscar - 36 (far too high. Oscar better than Alonso? I don't think so. He should be around the 50-60 mark)
Neymar - 6 (anywhere between 11-20)
Benzema - 55 (too high. He just looks good because he plays for Madrid. Should be around 80 mark)
Balotelli - 33 (I feel that he's ridiculously overrated. More like 60-70)
Eto'o - 83 (Shouldn't even be on the list)
Alderweireld - 75 (*facepalm*)

I disagree with a lot of the rankings on this list but I feel that making the list is what counts anyhow. This is just for 2013 too. Though if I were to get picky, I would bump Koke up a few spots, right around Strootman's area.

More importantly, does anyone think this list is missing a player(s)?

Pedro Rodriguez. I'm a bit biased but yeesh he could EASILY take Eto'o's place on the chart.
Mateo Kovacic. This kid is amazing but he may have been overlooked because of Inter's bad run of form, me thinks.

Mascherano better than Matt Hummels? I wish this was the case in real life.

I know Mata hasn't played that much this season, but he was definitely one of the top 5 playmakers this year. He's not even on the list (or maybe I can't find him...).

He's at 30. But I guess you haven't seen him since so long that you forgot what he looks like.

This is not the best ranking. I won't talk about Messi being 1. because he will be in the top 3 anyways. But how the fuck are Neymar and Xavi better than Suarez? How is Hamsik number 58 behind players like Benzema and Higuain? How is Oscar better than De Rossi and Gundogan!!!!

Bale very overrated IMO, should be 10th. He wasn't exceptional this year.
