In second place was the team of the Los Angeles Galaxy Major League Baseball who annually spend on each player more than 4.8 million pounds. The third is another football club Real Madrid - 4.7 million.

The ranking includes 278 clubs competing in 14 league games in seven disciplines, including football, basketball, baseball, American football and ice hockey. It was established by calculating the total expenditure salaries of players, divided by their number.
