Ten games that could decide La Liga.

I love to discuss with you about EPL, and English teams but i remain a big Liga folower :).
And here is a look a the most exciting games still to come :

There are
16 gameweeks until the end of the most interesting league campaign in recent
years. Atlético, Barcelona and Real have to play almost the same teams. These
are the ten games that could decide the league.

Gameweek 23 : Sevilla vs Barcelona. The Catalans, short of defenders (Alba and Mascherano) cannot afford
another setback.

Gameweek 25 : Real Sociedad vs Barcelona. Sociedad are a tough proposition at home with Vela and
Griezmann.

Gameweek 26 : Atlético vs Real Madrid. This is a game that the home side has not won for over 15 years.
Atleti's two most recent wins came at the Bernabéu.

Gameweek 29 : Real Madrid vs Barcelona. This 'Clásico' could be more important than ever, due to there being
a third side challenging for the league.

Gameweek 30 : Sevilla vs Real Madrid. 'Los Blancos' usually struggle on their visits to Seville.

Gameweek 31 : Athletic vs Atlético. Atlético is the only team to win a competitive game at the new San
Mamés and the Basque side will be looking for payback.

Gameweek 32 : Real Sociedad vs Real Madrid. Ancelotti's side will head to Anoeta from its Champions League
quarter-final game, if it gets past Schalke in the last 16 first.

Gameweek 35 : Valencia vs Atlético. Valencia will be playing for a place in Europe.

Gameweek 35 : Villarreal vs Barcelona. Neither Real nor Atlético took three points from the Madrigal and
the 'Yellow Submarine' could be playing for a Champions League place.

Gameweek 38 : Barcelona vs Atlético. It is hard to envisage one of these clubs wanting Real to benefit
from this game's result.

To Neutral fans, what game are you going to watch ? I also want to know your prediction about Copa del rey Semi-final fixtures, no need to make another post for it.

Fc Barcelona VS Real Sociedad and Real Madrid VS Atletico Madrid.

For Barça im hoping for a clean sheet but 3-1 could be enough, 2-1 is dangerous.I cant see Real Madrid losing twice at Bernabeu against Atleti, 1-1, 2-2, or 3-2 for Madrid, i expect the gap between both teams will be very close.

o man, image if all teams are tided in points at the end and Barca vs Atletico decide the winner, that would be epic.
This is going to interesting.

i think Atletico are going to lose points vs Valencia, Barcelona and Real.

Madrid are going to lose points against Atletico, Barca(hard to call this one), and i have a feeling against Sociedad too

Barcelona are going to lose points agaisnt Real Madrid(thats the only one i can call for Barca :( , also i dont think they will lose points againt Atletico because Barcelona always tend to dominate Atletico especially Messi)

Epic for Neutral fans ^^, heartbeating for us. Im hoping we start that game with an advantage even 1pt more than Real Madrid.
I think the 3 teams will loose more games, only Atletico are in a good form. The ghost of last year February is hunting us after the poor performence against Valencia.
We dropped 5pts lately against Levante and Valencia ( Both from the city of Valencia ) and if we loose the title, i will more regret those points than against Madrid teams.

My predictions

Sevilla beats Barca
Sociedad loses to Barca
Atletico beats Real
Real beats Barca
Sevilla beats Real
Athletic and Atletico tie
Sociedad loses to Real
Valencia loses to Atletico
Villareal and Barca tie
Barca and Atletico tie (I hope, LOL)

@Dynast Just forget about it mate XD.
Rather let Messi scores his first own goal and give Atletico title, than give it to Real Madrid :D and no need to ask Atleti fans who they hate to see winning it :p.
I imagine Camp Nou screaming : Let them score, let them score :D.

@Tiki i know how u feel, we lost the league by goal difference :( and we were ahead of City in points too, yet we lost points and lost the whole thing on goal difference

^ Already happened to us against Capello's Real Madrid, in Spain, its agregate in direct confontations that matters not goal difference.
We had better goal difference but they did better than us in Clasicos, we both managed to win all the last games and Madrid won it at the end by another come back that year. We had the best team that year and few mistakes costed us the title.
I dont want to live this again :).

I with the title for Atletico, they shown us that they can compare even without huge money spending. But I think Barca will win it.

These six games are must watch and it will decide the league title
Sevilla vs Barcelona - draw
Atlético vs Real Madrid - atheletic wins

Real Madrid vs Barcelona - Real wins

Sevilla vs Real Madrid - Sevilla wins

Valencia vs Atlético - Draw

Barcelona vs Atlético - draw

I hope Atletico wins La Liga , it will be good for the league to see another team as champion . Atletico has shown how much desire they have to win this league . Also on the part that Courtois is playing for Atletico . I double want them to win .

@tiki , Struggling vs Sevilla? Sevilla plays very poor this season. We raped them this season 7-3 at the Bernabeú. I think we have the easiest path to win La Liga and the Copa Del Rey.

@Iraqi

They've changed a lot since then. Remember our last visit to Andulasia? Oh right..... we lost 1-0. Barca only beat them 3-2 this season as well, and that was a match with Messi in the Camp Nou. Don't get cocky.

It wont be easy but you can win, 3 games ban for Ronaldo confirmed, only in la Liga.
2 games at Bernabeu against Villareal and Elche, and one away game at Getafe. Only Villareal game is dangerous imo.

i think they can win without Ronaldo, there next 3 matches will be against Villarreal, Getafe, and Elche.

@Wayne

Villareal are 5th in the league, match against Getafe is a local derby, and we beat Elche 2-1 last time out because of some fluke penalty that we won (I still don't understand how we got that penalty).

@Dynastian ya i seen their positions but still if they play like they did against AM, then they should be good

Now THIS is the type of competition that really makes a league. Good for Atletico for spoiling the Clasico monopoly. If they manage to win the league this year, it will say SO MUCH to the rest of La Liga about how much is possible if you stick to your canteras and clever transfers, and don;t simply sell everyone to Barca or Madrid,

It would be the best possible thing for La Liga, and honestly? The best possible thing for European football as a whole. It's high-time that someone else in Spain showed the way.

It remains mission impossible, you cant beat money even in England...
The only change in la liga we could expect is the arrival of a Russian/Quatarian owner like in England. Otherwise, the best a team without enough money could do is like Porto or Dortmund : Sell their best players for important amounts of money, do some good scouting and try to build back again and again.
How many Gerrard or Totti you think there are ? And even, both Liverpool and Roma are good destinations for players.

I dont know why but i see Real losing to in both Madrid derbys to Getafe and Atletico. Think they will beat Villareal at home but a tie isnt far from possible.

If Atletico wins the title, i will not be sad at all :). But the most important thing is to keep their main players : Koke, Arda Turan, Diego Costa, Miranda, Courtois...etc. They will be obliged to sell in the summer.

@tiki Do you know if they got that much debt anymore? I remember before the Falcao sale they had hella lot.

Actually you are obliged to sell without having any financial problem.
You have only 2 choices, sell at high price like Bales gate or refuse to sell and watch the player leaving for free at end of the contract, Lewandowski gate.
Its all about what the player wants... The only solution is to do like Psg ,Monaco, City or Chelsea to compete in Europe and in national league. Or hope that your player will not be that good to be sold.
