They did. Some teams like Sampdoria did amazing to get a League experienced ST for a relatively cheap price. Palace also made a good call signing Batshuayi IMO. He is PL proven and Palace needed a ST.

@amir Yeah Sampdoria got Gabbiadini for cheap but thats the only big transfer they got. And Palace did good to get Bats, hope he can recreate his Dortmund form there. Kinda funny to see him end at same place as Benteke.

Which team do you think did the best transfers this winter?
I personally think Monaco and Chelsea did pretty decent transfer, the former got something like 4 new player to help with the injury crisis while Chelsea signed Pulisic and got Higuain on loan.
