TATA OUT!

I don't care who I piss off with this.. this guy doesn't know what hes doing.

He didn't sign anyone, he makes the most unreasonable substitutions, and hes still trying to implement crossing and taking long corners when we don't have any guys with the height or aggression for that. Is one whole year not enough to realize this? I want this guy out! Its not the fact that we are struggling, its the way we are struggling that pisses me off. Same shit every game.. same thing same thing..never uses his brain. We need a coach with leadership abilities and that can change his strategy and alter it in games when needed.

Tata wasn't a bad manager. He's just been eaten inside out by the Barca management. 3 years of an obvious defensive leak, and no one blames Tito or Pep for ignoring it, but when someone comes from outside the Barca family, he gets all the blame. Tata should've been given a lot more time.

He tried to change the tiki-taka system, which is outdated now, but something happened behind the scenes which forced him to return to the old system. I really think that Tata's management style would've fit Barca more if they gave him more time to buy the players he wanted to buy. His box-to-box approach at the beginning of the season was fantastic. He just didn't have the players to pull it off. You don't absolutely need to play an aging Xavi if he doesn't fit your style. He may be a club legend, but if he's underperforming and there's someone better in your squad, then go for it. Take that risk. It might just win you some titles.
