This was the worst super bowl Ive ever watched, the Broncos played like a college football team and even the half time show was terrible...

The Hawks' defense was just too good for the Broncos to even get started, you mean. It wasn't a crap one, it was just a one-sided one.

Plus, Bruno Mars pissed all over Beyonce's ass-shaking from last year, at half time.

That's right. I went there, biatches!

@messi - take it easy, its just a harmless joke..
First Super Bowl I ever watched. Was really confused. The plays and calls are way too technical. They might as well have been speaking another language for all I know. Whats the deal with all the commercial breaks too? Felt like I was just watching a big commercial with a bit NFL on the side. I watch some NBA from time to time, so I am a bit used to time outs and breaks in the game. But NFL just take it to another level. Maybe that is why Americans find European football so dull and boring. Because there are so many breaks in there sports and so many technical plays, its like they are watching an action film or something. After about 20 mins, I felt like my brain was in a washing machine.. Very unique sport indeed..

I watched the Superbowl yesterday and it's not complicated at all! It's just 4 chances to get the ball 10 yards from the first position you were in. That's pretty the only thing I know but I feel that's pretty much every thing you need to know. Athough I'm not an American Football fan, I was pretty stoked that Seattle (My hometown) absolutely crushed the Broncos. The ads were a little disappointing this year but it was still fun.

@Wolfie The Super Bowl has frequently been the most watched American television broadcast yearly. The Super Bowl is also among the most watched sporting events in the world, mostly due to its North American audiences, and is second to the UEFA Champions League final as the most watched annual sporting event worldwide.
The average cost of a 30-second commercial break (in Super Bowl 2013) advertisement was around $4 million. But it's probably the best place to present company and people know about it.

@zakzook, I would have watched the LCS as well if not for the superbowl.

First superbowl for me, after about an hour of adaptation, I was able to enjoy it. But it's really weird, the fans are mixed together, there is a concert at half time ???!! (although I knew about that one, it felt really out of place), the stadium is very quiet, there are breaks ALL THE TIME, more breaks than actual playing time, and advertising for everything. The MVP is the Chevrolet MVP, and wins a car ????!!?? And the mvp is handed the car keys at the end, and the car is parked on the pitch ???!!?? Very very strange. And the trophy doesn't go to the players, it goes to the head chairman ??!!?

It was worth the watch but I don't think I'll watch another, maybe a simple football league game would be more enjoyable to watch. This whole super bowl thing is hard to take.

I was expecting a very tight game but boy i was so wrong...i guess the best offense is the defense unlike to barca's philosophy their best defense is their offense

I thought Seattle was a defensive team but they just trashed out Denver. It was a massacre.
