However, you just can't help but admire the fact that he has a system in which he believes in wholeheartedly and he understands that football is more than just individual talent. More importantly, he has an extraordinary ability to adapt to changes in time and football culture, something I cannot say about Wenger, who even admits that that is one of his weaknesses.
