BVB plays a style that fits Haller more, similar to Ajax. West Ham just did not fit him very well, at least in the matches I saw them play.
I think it is a good move as he is a solid player. BVB will need to pay attention to Sancho going back to Man Utd.....
So if you followed a bit of this guy career, you know he flopped at West Ham despite large transfer fee but got much better after joining Ajax. Right now, BVB have moved for him for around 35M euro.
Think this move might be very good for BVB if he keep his Ajax form. He obviously no longer a talent at his age but there were the need to replace Haaland with an effective striker and considering the current market, I think this is a solid buy from BVB.
