Good idea. I don't know if many here like to run, but our football team often have running sessions. I generally do pretty good among the top, which is about 20-21 minutes in 5 km.

Is it that new Nike thing? I saw the advert and I hated the music but it looks pretty good..

@quikzyy: Is that the explanation for your user name? I used to run track (200m & 400m dash) back in secondary school. Honestly, I was piss poor compared to my friends but I had fun hanging out with them. Can't believe I used to run 4 miles (6.5 kms) every day. I'd be lucky if I could run 1/2 mile now.

My coach use to make us to 5km runs. My best time was like 28 minutes, lmao. The last time I did a 100m dash was a few years ago, and I got 12:something seconds.

@Footaholic maybe yes who knows. going for 5 km today and wanna make it under 20 minutes.
