That's funny, because he scored a free-kick in the same match. Oh, and just so you know, Ronaldo's free kick accuracy is roughly 50%, which is better than most players. So you should think a little first before you talk sh*t about other players.

@Dynastian: 4/5 of his free kicks hit the wall. Just because he had 2 free kicks in that game and scored one of them, it doesn't mean that his GENERAL accuracy is 50 % (50 % was only in that game)

That's almost 3 times as much Messi has scored. Ronaldo isn't that bad at free kicks. He's pretty good at them. Better than most of you make him out to be anyways. :P

^ Yeah... Ok then... when did I say Messi was better than Ronaldo at free-kicks? Anyhow, until 2 seasons or so a go Messi rarely took free-kicks, whereas Ronaldo, since his breakthrough at United, has always taken them.
Compared to other players he is dropping. Bale, Pirlo have been better than him this season.
And FYI, at least Messi gets the ball over the wall.

No, it's not 31%, 179 is the total free kick attempts for last 3 seasons ago, he scored 15, so it's 8,37...%

Guys, guys, I'm not saying Ronaldo is the best at FK's or anything. You misunderstood me, or I failed to elaborate my point. Ronaldo isn't the best at FK's. How could he, with a FK accuracy of just over 30%? It should be above 40%, and his conversion ratio ought to be around 4-5%. I'm just saying that he's better than you guys make him out to be. Remember that since coming to Madrid, Ronaldo has scored 23 free kicks. It's not the best record, but 23 FK's in 4 years is better than most. :)
