One of the biggest discussion and arguments in football in this current day and age are about Ronaldo and Messi. There are so many different personal opinions about each. Be free to put your personal opinion up and say which one you prefer and why!!...:)

I personally prefer Messi due to his attitude and incredible free kick skills!!!

I agree with Dynastian. My personal preference is Messi but I'll never hate on Ronaldo, and his contribution to the game cannot be overstated.

@Marcus2011 Ugh, what I read there just hurt my brain, Argentina play better when Messi is not there? Maybe sometime but not at all time for sure. Maybe I'm wrong but I just doesn't agree with you on that. Is it so hard to accept both player are that good? Instead of alway giving excuse as to why there is not even a true competition between the two.

@Dynastian Again, the truth out of this man mouth. :D Seriously, they are very different player, they are both popular and top quality player but that where the similarity end. To be sincere, both player acknoweldge each other, so why can't we. :(

There's is a very fine line between trolling and talking complete nonsensical bullcrap. The struggle is that I can see @Marcus being on both sides.

@juan we are having a discussion . YOu are welcome to input some constructive argument .

@emobot Messi has not brought anything revolutionary to football . Cristiano Ronaldo changed football . His style of freekicks are practiced by many . His style of football and tricks are copied by other players . Ronaldo is three Beckhams on steroids . He has swag . Messi has court date and warrant for his arrest .

@Marcus2011 I think his comment could have been very constructive if you would have been willing to take it seriously. :P Nah, but seriously, I agree Messi is not perfect and I have little respect for his whole tax evasion episode but seriously, does it excuse saying he brought nothing new to the game? Him being in trouble with the justice and Ronaldo being "swag" doesn't really add much to this thread as we compare them as player and not as indivudial. Wich isn't so bad for Ronaldo since he is plenty controversial as well off the pitch. :P But seriously, the way I'm seeing it, I won't be able to make you share my point of you of seeing both of them as great player as you clearly seem to have something you don't like with Messi. Maybe its because you think he is overrated or are sick of hearing people say he is the best and Ronaldo is not. Maybe I'm imagining it, but it just feel like you don't really like him at all. Which is fine by me, your entitled to your opinion and can chose which player you like best. :)
