You know I always wonder about this manager because he gives aura of being good but manages to turn a club into relegation struggling team on top he manages to have dramatic wins to save them ..

So what do you think ? Overrated and should go ? I think Everton has a team to play much better football /

If he wins the FA Cup it'd be pretty hard to kick him.

I guess the Everton new owner will want much more than this. I guess he will stay until they find some good manager to take his place. Suggestions who can replace him?

marcelo "el loco" bielsa. imo one of the greatest managers ever. can turn any team into a winner and has an insane win rate.

@Gonzi Thats a good idea, after all, he doesn't have any job right now. What worry me is, do you think he could endure the pressure he would get from playing in england, I'm worried about the media in particular, they can be quite annoying for a manager.

I hope he gets fired so that chelsea can buy lukaku back.

@Chelsea8 That make me wonder, how was Lukaku relationship with Chelsea when he decided to leave (or was sold, I don't know the detail). Was he in good term or bad term with the team and the staff? That would be an important thing to know before thinking Chelsea could buy him back.

He was a chelsea fan when he was a kid and his idol was king drogba, his relationship with chelsea was good so no problems there.

@Chelsea8 Ok then, I guess his only problem was playing time in that case, hopefully, Chelsea will convince him back and in the future, he will be able to play for his idol, considering Drogba will propably come back to Chelsea to learn and be the future manager of the team.

It's a long shot, but I would really like to see Guus Hiddink at Everton

He's got to go. Everton play entertaining football but Martinez just can't deliver results.

@Eden17 I would sadly have to agree with you, to be sincere, Everton should be doing a lot better with the quality they have.

After 16 days my opinion has not changed . He is not improving the team at all .

They can achieve nothing this season, so there's no motivation to improve at all..

El loco ' Bielsa ' doesn't know the word pressure, Everton needs a coach who is very rude because players seem in holiday never bet on them this season. They have a good squad but their ranking isn't adapted to their squad quality. Martinez should leave because he can't get 100% of his team.

Funny is, if Lukaku, Barkley, Mirallas and Stones decide to leave, with this style Everton is going to relegation

Well, to be sincere, we all know this was coming, I mean come on, losing against a team that was fighting against relegation (Sunderland). And it wasn't even a close game, they got demolished 3-0. Maybe I'm too harsh on Everton but with that kind of results, I would also want to change my manage. On another note, what you guys think about the rumors of Frank de Boer taking over the club? Would he do a better job than Martinez? Would he fit the team mentality?
