Real Madrid to sign Keylor Navas

Madrid look set to initiate Navas' buyout clause, which stands at 10 Million, and will see 8 Million go to the club, and 2 Million to the player himself (Euros). Reports say that Madrid will announce the purchase after they secure a buyer for Diego Lopez.

I think that this is great. Navas is relatively young for a keeper, and an unbelievable talent. One of the best keepers in the world right now. We get to keep Iker Casillas, our legend, and as he ages, Navas can play more and more games (after Iker's disappointing World Cup campaign, I'm not quite convinced he'll be as good next season as he was in 2013-14). Hard luck to Diego Lopez, but I'm more than satisfied with his performances, and wish him luck wherever he may go.

Anyways that a good transfer. Lopez did you guys well and as for Iker, he is declining fast.

This signing would make sense. Certainly more than him going to Bayern.

Awsome news, I hope this doesnt turn out to be just another big rumour like Bayer's. I would rather see him playing at Madrid I think he has more chances to play in this case.

If this turn to be the case I hope he gets that Lopez-Casiilas deal with the starting position where he plays for the cup while Casillas plays for the league or something like that which allows him to have some appearances.

Real Madrid goalkeeper Diego Lopez's agent has brushed aside reports that his client will join Serie A side Napoli this summer.

I think Perez practice first in Manger mode in FIFA14 then actually apply it to real life. Im very very happy to be a Madrid fan!

I've heard that they won't let Lopez leave, and instead keep him on the bench (Unless he starts playing better than Navas)

I've read in numerous articles that Lopez is going to be sold this window, and Casillas will leave after 2014-15 is done. Perez convinced Iker to stay one more year, on the condition that his contract is terminated after 12 months.

@Dynst That i have read also going to be a very sad day to see the Captain retire :(
We will still need another goalie next season, i hope we get a young lad from our academy or bring M'Bolhi and let the competition being!
