Good news for the BPL! I'm happy that Hazard will stay as @KTBFFHSWE pointed out, but at the same time most of our transfer targets are players from Atletico, so..
@JuanMata10 He didn't say that Hazard would stay, he just said he would not go to Madrid, sorry if I'm sounding negative but there a lot of other team who want him.
On another note, if Madrid wanted Pogba, they gonna need to wait and hope he doesn't go to Barca in the meantime.
@Emo: Atm Real Madrid would be the only club where he could go to.
Bayern: doesn't need him and normally doesn't pay ridiculous sums
PSG: Eden himself has said multiple times that he won't return to France because he achieved everything there
Barca: doesn't need him
BPL: Chelsea wouldn't be so stupid to sell to a PL rival (ignore Mata case, Chelsea wanted to sell him)
Other than that, no one can afford him. As Real Madrid have a habit of spending big on players they normally don't even need, they are the only logical option for Hazard atm. However, now that Real are banned from making transfers, I am very confident that Hazard will stay at Chelsea at least until summer 2017.

Yepp, for me RM is the only possible destination for Hazard.. I'm glad that he won't leave already yet (if he desires to play for the club that is).
And I thought Pogba was destined for Barca since long anyways? Wouldn't be surprised if we saw him there already the next season!
@JuanMata10 I don't know man, its not like I want him to leave but he need to find his form back before the end of the year, or else, his pricetag might go down quite a bit. In that case, there will be more team putting pressure to buy him and Chelsea might end up doing it. In any case, let's hope he start playing as good as last season again.
@KTBFFHSWE Well, the fact that Zidane has become RM coach make thing different for Pogba, he could be tempted to go just to play under such a legendary player. I don't think it would happen now though.

Before FIFA starts pointing their fingers to football teams they should ban themselves untill 3017 from breathing and do the world of football the favor.
@JozeMourinho Woah, I know that the Fifa is corrupt and all but don't you think you're being a bit harsh? Myself, I'd rather they end up ban from anything that has to do with football, that a way more fitting punition and for some people it's just as hard. I know it would make me regret.
@Emobot7 All this years I am watching my favorite sport and the thing I have a strong passion to be ripped apart by old men that are greedy for more and more and more money while people around the world starve. Sorry mate I don't feel sympathy for any of them they are not different than you me or anyone. Tell me yourself as a human person when you had enough money to secure your family's prosperity and even the next generations would you go for more money by corrupting anything you can for your own benefit when there is no need for it? When you have the chance to be idolized as someone that actually tried to improve football by making it better or actually do a good deed and be remembered for it why would you throw it on a trash bin? If those millions of money would be spend on a good cause and prevent the death of people or to even improve football WHY would you throw all that away and just focus on your own wallet when you already have enough? I am sounding bitter and full of hate but that is how I feel when I work like a dog in my country and those people just sit on golden chairs eating from golden spoons and use their power for their own benefit? Every time I go for a walk I see people starving in the streets and some of them eventually die of starving or get thrown at jail for stealing some food in order to survive. Football is supposed to entertain us to make us forget the bad moments we had and enjoy the team we love for 90 minutes, to make us cheer and shout with passion and forget everything bad that happened before or to even make a great day even better. Football is not meant to fill the belly and the wallet of any old greedy arrogant bastard!
Fair enough. They have plenty of time to buy player this season. Atleti always pushes youth players through so they should be fine. Now Zidane has to deal with this, having previously stated he wont buy or sell anyone. Maybe they should look for a good second choice striker in case of injury or suspension.
La Liga quickly jumped in to defend both Madrid clubs, saying this punishment is excessive. Where was LL when Barcelona had the exact same charges?
@JozeMourinho Well, yeah I understand what you mean but I just hate that kind of talk even if its deserved. Anyway, I agree with you, those person at Fifa are the worst.
LOL I just realized that Man Utd have been saved by this. De Gea will be here to continue saving our asses for another whole year. Truly blessed.
FIFA favors La Liga teams without doubt. Those punishments are ridiculous .
LOL
I want Pogba at Chelsea !! However, we are not in CL next year and i doubt Pogba will come to us . Damn , Barca takes all the best players . This is the problem with EPL . We are missing out on best players . That is not good .
Guess they'll spend like crazy in this window then though
Exactly
@joze well said.
FIFA temporarily lifts Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid transfer bans
FIFA has temporarily lifted the transfer bans imposed last week on La Liga sides Atletico Madrid and Real Madrid while world football's governing body investigates the club appeals regarding the signing of youth players.
The FIFA appeals committee informed the clubs of the news on Friday.
Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid were notified earlier this month by FIFA that they had been banned from registering new players for two transfer windows after FIFA ruled that both clubs violated regulations against signing young international players.
Atletico Madrid had presented two appeals before FIFA, the club said. The first was seeking to have the decision made null and the second was a preliminary suspension of the sanctions until the time that the appeals committee had given a final verdict on the subject of youth transfer.
This second appeal was the one that was granted, the club said.
Both clubs can now sign players while FIFA makes a determination on the appeal. The clubs had not been banned from signing players during this current transfer window, but the original sanction applied for the 2016 summer transfer window and the 2017 winter window.
Should FIFA not make a decision on the appeal by the beginning of this summer, both clubs would be eligible to sign players during the 2016 summer window. But should FIFA ultimately find that both clubs did violate the regulations against signing young international players, both could be dealt transfer bans for the duration of two windows.
In April 2014, FIFA had banned Barcelona from signing any players for two consecutive transfer windows after the club were found guilty of breaching regulations in place to avoid the exploitation and trafficking of young players.
FIFA then agreed to suspend the measure pending an appeal, which allowed the Catalan club to sign players during the 2014 summer transfer window, spending more than €150 million on Luis Suarez, Ivan Rakitic, Marc-Andre ter Stegen, Claudio Bravo, Thomas Vermaelen, Alen Halilovic and Jeremy Mathieu.
On Aug. 20, 2014, however, world football's governing body threw out the appeal and the Catalan club were unable to sign any players in 2015.
How much do you guys wanna bet Perez is just going to throw some money FIFA's way and they'll take the money and lift Madrid's ban permanently.
@Dynastian98 I don't know if there is anyone who wouldn't bet on that :)
The FIFA Disciplinary Committee has sanctioned Spanish clubs Atlético de Madrid and Real Madrid for breaches relating to the international transfer and registration of players under the age of 18.
The two clubs were found to have violated several provisions concerning the international transfer and first registration of minor players as well as other relevant provisions with regard to the registration and participation of certain players in competitions.
Both clubs are to serve a transfer ban that prevents them from registering any players at national and international level for the next two complete and consecutive registration periods
