Very deserved from a powerful Real side. the only team I can see stopping them in the CL is Mourinho's Chelsea.

MOTM was Cristiano Ronaldo. Not just the penalty goal but he reads the game so well and is not just the best goalscorer on the planet but also one of the best passers and readers of the game. best player of all time.

Barca wasn't classy Barca.Bravo conceded 3 goals,and Real was awesome in both defense and attack.It's hard to tell who is really man of the match:

1.CR7-Almost perfect,Ronaldo was amazing in attack as always,and make some significant passes to teammates.He looks better and better through days; I think this is Ronaldo's best days in Real.

2.Benzema-Part of "BBC" was amazing! He scored third goal after counter-attack by Real Madrid.He is proving more,and more in latest times.Real plays better with him in squad.Game-changer.

3.Pepe-Stunning perfomance! Scored a goal and being amazing part of defence in match.Also,great header class.

4.Marcelo-"Sonic" speed by Brazilian! He was amazing during whole game,takes rule for counters and pass amazing and precisely all the time

5.Carvajal-Amazing part of Real's already amazing defence.Speeding class is great.Passes were precisely and clever.Great match for him,he proved himself

6.Isco,Modric,Kroos-Hard to choose best part of mid,Isco made some through balls.Modric was classy in passes,Kroos is amazing addition to Real's mid

7.Ancelotti-His tactics really made Real winning this amazing to their biggest rivals.Ancelotti will be one of best Real coaches.He is really amazing coach for Real.

Thatwas collective vs Individual, i cant chose a MOTM from Madrid many have done the job ( Ronaldo not included ),
Madrid midlefield is deadly with their new posession style, Piqué should stay on the bench i have no idea why he was starting in the Clasico and benched in regular games, he costed us more games than any other player since the mighty '' Oleguer ''.
I was angry at 0-1, we almost had them, were so close then took it easy, the 1-1 seemed to be comming by the minutes i wasnt even surprised.
Then the half time came, and if i was Enriqué, i would bench Suarez at half time and start Sandro instead, Mathieu wasnt good in his LB role i prefer him at a CB role since Piqué is S***.

Madrid deserved to win, i havent found that fighting spirit against PSG ( despite the loss ), there are manyways of loosing and this one is one of the worst.

Ronaldo was superb today. He wasn't selfish at all and tracked back in defense as well. My MOTM was Marcelo. He was everywhere, although many others were amazing as well. Real played as a unit today. Great display. Ancelotti has made an even better team from the one that won the CL.

@Tiki

Ronaldo not included? He was outstanding tonight. Probably his best Clasico performance in his career.

The game was excellent from us, Marcelo is my MOTM. Suarez also had a very good debut, looking forward to seeing him play in La Liga.

Well except his desperate attempts for a PK, and the pass he gave to James in the 3rd goal, i dont remember anything special about his performence. ( Messi was decent as well )
Suarez seemed not fit, he was too slow for making a run but he needs time, i was wrong about starting him, an off form Suarez can score in Uruguay easy frindlies but isnt fit enough to score against Madrid.

Ronaldo was just as good as any player on Real field, he was a constant thread that for sure, but Benz and Isco sparked more IMO. This is not his best El Clasico either, but the one that he is most unselfish. And he was as cool as he had to when given a very important penalty. Ronaldo 8/10. Just like other game, he gave away couple of bad passes (very bad compare to his levels) but show up when the team need him.

MOTM to me was Ancelotti, Marcelo, Isco . (all 9/10) then Modric (8.5) Real was superior in every aspect... Ancelotti worked out the lack of true MDF like a boss... what a brilliant tactical mind.

Messi was decent until 60 min (drop deep, attract defenders and creates chances), but then he dropped too deep and wasteful. After 60' he was painful to watch, lurking without passion.. like already gave up... I dont get it... Every time he touched the ball, it still looked right and something could happen... but then he decided to just walk... (5.5/10)

Suarez should have been subbed in at 60' instead of starting... His impact would have been much much more... He still has it... Im sure he will share the pressure with Messi and when they can finally develop together... it would be scary.

And Pique?? WTAFFFF?? how does he keep making stupid clostly mistake and still on the line up??? 3/10.

@Tiki

That is ridiculous. Messi was completely absent this game. Ronaldo was a threat everytime he touched the ball. It was him who started the counter attack for Benzema's goal, and he who set up James for Karim. He was sprinting up the pitch at every opportunity, and was dragging away defenders to leave his team mates in open spaces all game.

I'm not being biased. Look at the 3 members above me who also stated that Ronaldo was outstanding. All the newspaper articles I have read about the match credits Ronaldo to a lot of the attacking threat. You're just hating at this point, @Tiki.

@Tuan

I agree, Isco and Marcelo were the best players of the night. Credit to Ramos and Carvajal as well, they were both outstanding.

Well deserved win by madrid ! We were too strong for barca tonight ! But damn , we could have made a historical win with 6+ goals or something but no worries madrid always don't do that :( when we take the lead by 2+ goals against a big team we start wasting incredibly easy chances ! Why don't we just look for historical wins rather than ordinary ones even against big teams just like what other teams do e.g bayern munich ?!! Maybe this is how the kings treat their injured enemies , they don't kill or continue hurting an enemy who can't continue holding his sword and fight ;) :D
Other thing i want to mention , look at the too many empty spaces left in barca's defence and imagine if Bale was there what could have happened ?! :) just +18 3:)

Congrats iron, hope things goes fine for you, since Ancelotti have no fear of action and built a squad able to beat Barça open playing them, dont worry we will see crazy scores in the future. :)

Despite Ronaldo play as shitty as it can get ( it almost looked like he didn't wanna play ) the team as a whole destroyed Barca, as expected.

Messi, Neymar and CR7 all had very bad performances, but i'm glad we have Ancelotti (MOTM imo). I won't mention Suarez because that was his first game.

Watching Kroos-Modric is a dream come true. Isco proving how good he is, and James Rodriguez showing how powerful he can be in a match like this.

Great game, would've easily been 5-2 or 6-2 if the players didn't messed up so hard when touching the ball.

HALA MADRID!

@tiki_taka, "i cant choose a MOTM for Madrid many have done the job (Ronaldo not included)"

lol? Ronaldo was one of if not Real's best and most dangerous players (as always). How can you say Ronaldo did not do the job? He scored the equalizer and was big part of the 3rd goal, and ALSO made great passes and decisions during the game. Totally agree with Dynastian, Ronaldo was outstanding as usual.

MOTM was benzema for me, although isco and modric were both outstanding. But benzema, he didn't make any mistake the whole game. He really is a monster in big games, and especially clasicos. I think everytime I watch a clasico, benzema has a great performance. Ronaldo had a good game but not as impressive as you guys make it out to be. Benzema for me. And I love Modric, such a beautiful football player.

I personally agree with Tiki, C.Ronaldo was far from the best player on the field. But same goes with Messi. But the thing is that RMA was much better as a team, and that seems to be underrated nowadays where individuals are respected more than a team. I'd give the biggest credit to Ancelotti.
