Reading 3:0 - WHAT THE HELL?
Reading 4:0 - *RAGE*
Reading 4:1 - well, maybe a little chance?
Reading 4:2 - hmm, still time to score 2 more
Reading 4:3 - well 1 min left + extra time, why not try it
Reading 4:4 - IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING?
Reading 4:5 - we're gonna in it!
Reading 5:5 - wait, or maybe not?
Reading 5:6 - finally?
Reading 5:7 - euphoria

what i seen first half, Arsenal side got nothing with football. as commentators on sky sports said: "i never seen Arsenal bad like this" Reading just outplayed us.

what i seen second half, was probably one of the best examples of never give up and believing.
for all fans who were watching this know this was one of the best games this years or maybe best this year right? and for these who didn't seen it, watch it!

We'll never see a game like this. But seriously we have got to improve on our backup defence. 5 goals conceded is not a thing we can lay over from this win :/

FUUUCKKK  seriously some incredible stuff here. The morale for these guys must be over the roof, except for Martinez... Hat trick for Walcott is well deserved. He's been fighting for a center forward/ striker position on the first team, and every time he's put up to the task, he performs very well. So happy for the second team gunners. What a come back, Jesus.

Since I only just got access to the internet, I'd like to share my thoughts on this match:

On the Game as a whole:

  1. I feel Reading were really hard done by. I cannot understand where all that extra time came from. I know they were time wasting but the ref added 1.5 minutes to an alreay long 4 minutes. Also, I think Koscielny was lucky to stay on the pitch towards the end of full time. I don't like it when refs are biased towards a team (EVEN though we traditionally never get the bias). DON'T GET ME WRONG. I'm very glad we went on to win it, but I apply the same criticisms to my team as I do to others. I think it was harsh on Reading and they probably deserved to win in regulation time.

  2. Yes, this game was exciting... damn near breath-taking. But let us not lose sight of the fact that this excitement was due in large part to extremely poor defending and tactics by both teams.

  3. The thing I loved most about the match was the atmosphere by the small contingent of Arsenal away fans. It's true that we have the best away fans in the league and I love that they were outsinging the home side the entire match (even when we were 4-0 down). My favourite part was when they sang, "WE WANT OUR ARSENAL BACK"

On Individual Players:

  1. For me, I actually thought Chamakh was the stand-out performer. He
held the ball up well, created a lot of opportunities for others
(knock-downs, short passes in the box, etc.), had a good touch, and
scored twice in his first start of the season. I am happy for him. I
kind of like the look of him & Giroud up top together. I think it
would work well but I know Wenger won't do it. Walcott is a close second
for MOTM. I know he scored 3 vital goals but I think Chamakh edged it
    in overall play.

  2. People are giving Arshavin too much credit IMO. He is very good on
the ball and is hard to get off it but his problem, as always, is off
the ball. If you watch closely he  never tracks back, even when he's the
one who lost the ball. Whether it's because he's tired, or too lazy, I
don't know. BUT this has always been a problem with him and I think it's
down to the latter. He reminds me a bit of Riquelme in that regard.
That's why Wenger doesn't trust him to play in important matches. For
whatever reason, he just doesn't put in the work that everyone else is
required to. Plus, I thought his first 45 minutes were abymsal (along
with the rest of the team).

  3. I was disappointed in the youth players. I watch most of the U21
& U18 matches and Gnabry, Eisfeld, and Martinez are absolutely
quality. Unfortunately, none of them had a particularly convincing
performance on the night. That said, watch these guys. They are gonna
make names for themselves. Shout out to Jermaine Meade (the LB sub)
though. He was great to watch.

On the Arsenal Team:

  1. The lads did brilliantly to show the resolve and character to fight
back and win. However, I feel this result will only serve to paper over
the severe deficiencies in our team and tactics. You may think I'm being
harsh but I'm not. I remember Arsenal as a big club and I expect a
minimum level of quality when I watch them. To accept mediocrity from
them is to do a disservice to our history. And I don't want to hear
about "oh, but they were the reserves and Reading did great". Bullshit.
The truth is that they were rubbish and were not deserving to represent
that shirt in the 1st half. I think that was one of the most appalling
displays of football I have ever witnessed. I cannot fault the away fans
for feeling despondent at half time as I was tearing my hair out.
