Don't know how reliable Cadena Copesource is but they say this:
"Barcelona midfielder Xavi has agreed a three-year deal worth €24.9 million with Qatari side El Arabi."

Yeah the deal for Rakitic is 20M + the loan of Denis Suarez from barça B, and yes Xavi is leaving to Qatar but i dont know exactly in wich team...
