Colombia would have definitely finished 1st or 2nd in group C with Falcao. Who knows how far they could have gone with an inspired and World class striker. . Now I can only see Ivory Coast and Japan going trough. Falcao is easily in the top 5 of most dangerous and true strikers in the World right now. . It is a great shame for Colombia to not only loose their best player but their talisman too. It is the equivalent of Zidane in his prime missing a World cup. Without Falcao, Colombia go from an Unpredictable dark horse team which always has a goal in them to a low threat team who will struggle to get crucial goals. This is terrible for Colombia and all Football fans who appreciate good football and exciting players who enrich any tournament they participate in.

Ivory Coast and Japan were probably going to beat Colombia anyway. They're far more underrated than Colombia is.
^ Were you dropped on your head as a child? How the hell is Ivory Coast and Japan more underrated than Colombia ? Why dont you just go make another spurs thread to bore us all to death, since thats the only thing you are good at.
@footaholic I don't get it.
Wolfie exposing once again that intelligent conversation is beyond him.
Also: Japan are grossly underrated, because they don't have a superstar like Falcao in their team, but do have some excellent team players. Same with Ivory Coast, who actually should be considered a top-tier team, but are not simply because most of their players are not in the limelight (Toure and Drogba excepted).
By contrast, Colombia have generally been 'rated' merely because of Falcao, who is now injured. This injury merely brings into sharper focus what was always true: Colombia will come 3rd or 4th in that group, unless they pull off a miracle.
It still does not affect the tournament at large.

Don't underestimate Colombia, they have others class players who can make the difference. By the way, I really doubt that IC will pass the group if there is Japan in it. They are best Asian team, with Australia.
I can't see IC losing to Colombia. Their team is pretty stacked.
He'll be out for at least 6 months. This is terrible news for him and Colombia.
