Can some one please explain what are the oficial words for some one that scores 2, 3, 4 and 5 goals in the same game? this question its about a comment that mentioned a super hattrick (i never heard before). Thank you.

2 goals in one game is a brace.
3 goals in one game is a hat-trick.
For 4+ goals, I haven't heard of an "official" word, but some people use super hat-trick to describe a player scoring 4/possibly 5 goals in a single match. After all, some of these phrases eventually become increasingly well-known and could be treated in the future as an official adopted word. I personally use "Texas Hat-Trick" ;-)
6 goals in one game is a double hat-trick, and so on.

Even though you didn't ask, scoring one goal with the left foot, right foot, and the head is a "Perfect" Hat-trick.

Aha, poker? Never heard of it before, that's cool! :-)

I don't think I heard that definition of a super hat-trick, but I think the definition varies. For example, I saw a YT video describing Lewandowski's 4-goal-hat-trick against Real as a "super" one.

I thought 5 goals is a poker. 4 is actually unlabelled.

This may sound weird and I coudnt find anything to support my idea but I think in a very old FIFA I played, when you score a goal, the game labeled it as: goal, brace, hat-trick etc while celebrating. And for some reason I recall that 4 or 5 goals was called a Turkey... Does it sound familiar to anyone or am I just going crazy?

5 goals is called simply a quintuple or a fivefold.
4 goals is called Super hattrick.

There is also the perfect hattrick : left foot, right foot, header Or 3 goals scored without interuption in the same half.
Both are called perfect.

@Tuanis Once I heard commentator saying (when someone from Everton, some years ago, scored 4 goals): "What a wonderfull Turkey!".Lol,I'm sure I didn't hear wrong. And there is also one for 6 goals.I'm not sure how it's called, something like Sixtipple.Something like that.
