Paulo Bento might bring back this amazing player to the Portugal squad for the WC2014!
Its a shame that an idiot like Mourinho ruined a half of his carreer.
He was in Al Ahli Dubai last season and in the winter transfer peroid he moved transfer free to FC Porto.
I love him because he has the same footballing style like me <3333

Oh yeah and he came back with his great skills just like the old times :)

If Quaresma really was that good, he would've fulfilled his potential. I think that the problem with Quaresma was his attitude. He had immense skill, but poor attitude. He could've honestly been one of the greatest players of his generation if he fulfilled his potential (just like Juan Roman Riquelme).

^ I know , his attitude is abit crazy :p He has always been a bad boy on and off the pitch xD He got released by Besiktas when he was arguing with his teammate in a match but then got subbed off by his coach who was also Portuguese (Carlos Carvalhal). He then had a fight with his own coach in the dressing room xD He threw water bottles at him :D But anyways. Mourinho said back then that Quaresma wasnt good enough for his squad. And when Mou bought new players for Inter (like Goran Pandev) Then it was time for him to leave. There was even an interview a couple of weeks ago with Quaresma and the interviewer asked him : ''Why dont you go back to Italy?''. While Q7 responded : ''Italy doesnt need me , and i dont need them. Their playing style is bad and its not suited for me''. :p

I missed him :D One of the best players played in Beşiktaş

Last time we were the champions it was 2008-2009 . I wish they could see one victory but those years Fenerbahçe and Trabzon were better. You know They both finished the league with 70 points and then match fixing (arrogations) came out.

Yeah. But in that season you guys beated Gala in TurkTelekom Arena. Besiktas was good and still is but they need some bigger signings than just Ozyakup :P he is nothing compared with back then :D

You are right but we have financial problems; that was the biggest reason why Uefa banned us I hope we will sign some class players this year. Because there is a big chance we will be in CL next year so we need those class players :D

@Dyna , When Quaresma was young he was very ego. He almost never passed the ball xD thats probably one of the reasons why Mourinho never liked him :p He gave many great assists and scored a couple of amazing goals this season ;) And i definitley think Quaresma at the moment is way better than Di Maria or Bale. He may not be faster than them but he is way more creative and stronger/has more strength on the ball than them ;)

Interesting thought. I haven't watched Quaresma play in years, so I assumed that he had the same playing style. :P

Di Maria is a CM now, so our only concern would be replacing Jese (while he's injured) and covering the injury-prone duo of Ronaldo and Bale. Maybe Quaresma wouldn't be so bad of an idea after all. :)

@expert , Lol no haha Q7 is a nickname for Quaresma. Just like CR7 for Cristiano :p

@Dyna , Di Maria is not a CM and he never was a CM :D Before Bale came to madrid we played our old Mourinho formation 4-2-3-1 wich Di Maria played as a RAM. When Carlo came he changed our formation after a couple of games , so now it is 4-3-3 and atm Di Maria plays as a LCM behind CR7. If Cristiano is injured or suspended then Bale takes his position as a LW and Di Maria goes to Bale's position as a RW (Carlo played Jesé as a RW when Bale or CR7 was injured/suspended) But i definitley think Quaresma would be an amazingggg! idea for our squad. He is not so expensive (and even if he is expensive , Florentino would still buy him LOL). He is also not so old , he is 30 thats not old for a footballer its actually very normal. Ibra is 33 or 34 and he is still one of the best in the world and scores every week :D I just hope Q7 gets called up for Portugal in the WC2014 and moves to a bigger club than Porto , I heard from many newspages that Q7 already got called up..?

@Iraqi_Madridista Yeah, I've heard him. He playes great for his age but I didn't hear about his transfer rumors to Beşiktaş. I hope we can bring him to Beşiktaş :)

@Emrecan , Here is a video of him with Iraq U-23. He is very technical , fast and smart for a small guy on the field. Al Ahli Dubai , Lille , Malmo , Feyenoord and Besiktas were very interested in him. But the stupid thing is he chose Al Ahli Dubai and he joined them in january :/

He's been good coming back, but I wouldn't be too certain about having him on the plane to Brazil. Paulo Bento got rid of Bosingwa and Ricardo Carvalho when they were playing for Chelsea and Real Madrid respectively due to attitude problems. Quaresma is no shining star in that regard.

I also wouldn't say Mourinho ruined his career. As Dynastian points out, he's always had issues with his inability to work hard. He was considered a greater talent than Ronaldo when they were both at Sporting. If anything, he wasted his talent on own sake.

@Golden +1 , I agree with you mate. But i dont agree with everything you said. Quaresma was and still is one of the shining stars of Portugal. Mourinho didnt like him for his attitude but he also didnt liked him for his playing style. Quaresma was very ego when he was young but he was good. He was even way better than Ronaldo but offcourse Ronaldo got better than him at Manchester. His attitude , ego and injuries made his carreer abit awful. But his style is unique and great thats why many love him ;) And i definitley think he should go to Brazil because his teammate Varela (Who is not better than Q7) is in Portugal's squad and thats ridiculous. Bento will be very sorry if he goes to Brazil without Q7 , just watch and see. Nani and Postiga cannot compete with Ronaldo but i defenitley think Q7 can , he showed his world class performance again this year in the Liga Zon Sagres and in the EL.
