One of the nicest captain on earth, always gives 150% and plays fair. Legend. At 2:09... the mask looks like some kind of horror movie, I dont understand Spanish, did they say they make a mask specifically for him?

Basically the commentators are saying that he's broken his cheek bone once again but he refuses to sit out of a match. The lady is recounting various times that he's shown leadership, has gotten hurt, and has simply kept on playing despite the injuries he has sustained. And yes the mask in the end is specially for him. It is clear so it can't impede is peripheral vision.
