Vertonghen for Luiz, drop Rooney from midfield and go with a 4-3-3 with Suarez, RVP and Bale as the wingers/striker.

take away silva and put Cazorla cus silva hasnt played well this season.

Neither Silva nor Luiz should be there. Switch them out for Bale and Vertonghen.

Switch Hart with Vorm.

Switch Luiz with Vertonghen.

Switch Gerrard with Wilshere.

Switch Rooney with Bale.

Switch to a 4-3-3 formation then put Bale as the LWF, RVP as the ST and Suarez as the RWF.

Luiz should be there but as a DM.

@Ven: For me, there's no way Luiz gets past Sandro, Wilshire or Carrick, at DM. Sandro, stat-wise, has been among the most ferocious on the whole continent, in fact.
