Premier League TOTS so far

enter image description here Ranieri being the manager of the season so far according to the Guardian

Here is the full article by the Guardian.

What do you think ? Who could have been in there ? I'm glad personally that our fullbacks are getting recognized by the press especially monreal who has been stellar. I haven't watched too much of southampton so I can't say if they deserve to be here. Mahrez, Vardy and Payet I agree they have been amazing and a surprise to everyone.

It is strange to see only 1 player from man city as they are top of the league, it's true that they haven't really had stand out performers, which is to be expected when they're missing their two best players, aguero and silva.

I would take Alderweireld over Van Dijk, and I'd put in De Bryune over Mahrez.

Other than that, looks pretty good.

In my opinion it should be:

Alexis Vardy Mahrez
Ozil Coquelin Payet
Kolarov Otamendi Smalling Bellerin
De Gea

I would maybe add Willian for Pelle and Coquelin for Fernandinho.

@Khaled Alexis has not impressed as much as last season so far. Also Kolarov hasn't really been noticeable imo. Other than that I agree with your choices.

@quikzyyy willian is not a striker though. Would you put him ahead of ozil, mahrez or payet ? Lukaku for Pelle maybe.

I think you'd have a hard time getting a player from the team in 16th into a PL best 11. Let's face it, being Chelsea's best player up to this point isn't really saying much.

Some people make me want to shout

MANÉ

as loud as i can. Of all the million PL tots' ive seen none have had mane in them.

@netsten I guess someone really hates Man Utd.

@louis_van_gaal lol, no I don't hate United, but I think Cech has been better than De Gea after 12 games, and I've never been a big fan of Smalling, that's why I made him a sub and pick Koscielny instead...

@Nesten, what's the rationale for putting in Lukaku? Kone has been just as good if not better in Everton this season.

EDIT: Upon revision, Lukaku has scored far more goals than I initially realized. Disregard comment.

I'd pretty much go with Netsten.

@netsten you selected good in form players but your team is very unbalanced you'd need to have at least one more defensive midfielder in there

I'm not saying Payet, Ozil, and Mahrez wouldn't track back but-

Yeah they wouldn't track back.
