The entire defence you have listed have all had fantastic seasons for both Manchester clubs.

Carrick has had undoubtedly his best season in years.
Jones has been moved about all season long from 1 position to the next and has been consistently good all season.
Lennon does what he does for Spurs, he is there for the pace, makes runs to draw defenders away, and chips in with goals and assists every now and again.
Hazard is one of the best signings this season.
Downing = shit

& Rooney simply although hasn't had his best season is by no means overrated.
