They spend just about everything they earn. And their model is very reliant on profitable player sales, which are not included in Operations here.

FFP ain't for rich clubs...


but the fact that United got almost 10 times more money from operations than City is amazing. I'm kinda surprised that Sunderlad got a quite a lot from the owner, others were quite expected.
