Does Football players need a specific hair style to get known ? I still not understand why they are doing this to themselves :s

I love it not because its ridiculous but because its different. I have a similar braid to his (more of an obi-wan braid).
Palacio is surely one of the most underrated players. Was on the verge of signing for Barcelona but unfortunately he broke a toe and the deal collapsed.

Bahaha^^^ what in the heck.

Everyone's seen Raheem Sterling's attempt at some cranial flair.

@Raimondo, Palacio is the man. He's had this braid for most of his career no? Isn't it Argentinian superstition that the footballer's magic is in his hair, and if he cuts it off he'll lose it all?

^^ What happened to Messi, then?

Oh, and also:

Deandre Yedlin, LB of the Seattle Sounders!

(he's actually really good, btw)

^^^ The dude is talented...

Idk Lodatz, Messi doesn't believe in that ****. I've heard this from various people though, not just Argentinians. Of course it's all hubaloo. By the way, ol' Dempsey left you guys and went to the Sounders on a pretty good deal.

Ikoiko I never heard it attributed to argentines but we do tend to have some rather odd styles. Palacio himself stated in an interview when he played for boca that he had it purely because he wanted something different. As for the superstition I've heard it used with the boots, ritual, shirt, undershirt, hair, and fewer.

^^^Gotcha. Yeah I know Argentines are notorious for some unique hairstyles. IMO they're way better than this hair-boom going on across Europe. It's a little over the top. Hehehe...

@ikoiko: I know! I live in Seattle now, so was there for the Dempsey presentation. He got a huge reception, and ended up sitting not too far from me during the game. I managed to sneak closer and got to shake his hand, thanking him for his goals at the Lane.

It was great :D
