Pepe and Terry are different. Terry stands up for his team mates and that's what good captains do, Pepe is just a dirty whore. Wilshere is going to be a great captain for arsenal someday. And yeah Gattuso is another great example, just like Roy Keane was for Manu and Vieira was for Arsenal.
