Son of a...I felt that.
So there IS something there...
Looks like he kicked the wrong "ball" lol
@heavenduel : lol :D
So footballers are still manly.....
That should be a red card. Completely missed the ball, and hit Bale ridiculously hard in his private area.
LOL. How was that not a red?
miss the ball but hit the balls .
I don't think it was a red card guys. Usually when players get kicked like that they get back up quickly enough and I've never heard of a kick in the nuts that provoked a serious injury. That's why it's not on the same level of dangerous play as a two legged tackle that can break a leg for example. I think the yellow card was fair. But poor bale, just watching the video hurts.
Awwww man! I was really hopeful for a Bale Jr.
Oh my god... If people is starting to think that is a red card, i'm giving up on football.

"After entering into a first-half tackle, Ruano stayed down after popping multiple veins in his testicle, causing it to swell to the size of a small balloon."
That's gotta be the worst kind of pain a man can get. Besides, getting kicked in the private area can ruin a man's chances of having healthy children, which is probably more painful (emotionally) than a broken leg can ever be.
^ This match was recent, actually. Barcelona vs. Getafe.
@Dephased: seriously? Mate, he kicked him straight in the junk! It doesn't even matter if it was on purpose or not: it was utterly dangerous/reckless play. Intent is only one criteria in the issuing of cards; Bale may have nicked the ball away before he kicked, but he still kicked, and he kicked Bale in the bloody plumbing. The lack of care and restraint is what constitutes the reckless aspect.
It's got to be a red, or else reds mean nothing. ;)
Bale had to be taken off after this "challenge"
Hope his twig and berries are ok.
