^ HAHA he signed a 5 year contract, this means if you fire him you loose any chance to recruit players this summer.
No team could risk to fire a coach and pay him back his 5 years salary, ankward moment for United direction.

There are usually termination clauses built in, so the club doesn't really have to pay the full wage as compensation. Mancini was on a 5 year contract up to 2017 yet he was paid 7 million as compensation on being sacked.

Say what you want but you can't judge him for this season. If next season doesn't work out fire him. He's not doing extremely bad for a club that had the same manager for 25 years. If manu fire him they will prove to have the same stupid mentality as many other big clubs...
