I would drop Bakayoko and add Thiago. Bakayoko is probably most apsurd one yet. He is reason Monaco dropped out of CL, basically there was still chance of maybe actually comebacking. But his stupid mistakes vs Juventus, even vs City are reason he shouldn't be in team. Also maybe drop Isco and add Dani Alves to either defenders/midfielders (because he was a RM for few matches). And Chiellini ahead of Godin.

I think they just didn't want to leave out Madrid's full backs + Ramos. I'm also confused why Thiago isn't there. I watched all of Monaco's knockout ties, and Bakayoko didn't stand out that much. I'd say Lemar was much more outstanding. :/
