A link to see the cards: https://www.easports.com/fifa/fifa-17-player-ratings-top-50#ratings

Other ratings that were released:
Kane: 84, card looks rubbish 73 pace and 84 shooting. Will be a good target man tho 6'2 and good heading and physical stats.
Dybala: 85, card looks EPICCC
Alli: 80 looks like a good cheap starter all round stats.
Martial: 82 LM. Looks great with 91 pace and 79 shooting.
Boateng: 90, looks like a great card 79 pace and 90 defending and 74 passing.
Reus: 88 looks same as always.
Evra: 82, what did he do this season? But card looks good for defensive fullback: 77 pace, 83 Defending, M/H workrates.
Kurzawa: 81, still looks like a boring card but will still be my starting LB unless maxwell gets a good pace upgrade.
Rashford: 76, I bet you he would have been silver if he didn't score that winner. Btw 90 Pace, 73 Shooting, 79 Dribbling and 187 CM even tho in real lofe he is only 180 CM. P.S. They did the same with Gelson Martins Last year made him 187 CM and he is only 173 CM in real life. LOL thanks EA

David Silva and Benzema are a bit overrated here. More like 84-85 imo. Busquets still underrated I think, he's definitely above the levels of a Vidal or Handanovic.

EA just wants more and more cash. Marcelo +3 in one season? Wtf? Payet deserved 84-85. Swap Silva -> CAM. Also Oblak got +6 I think, that's too damn much. Could expect anything from +2 to +4, but +6? If he gets TOTS next season he can have like 93 (considering IFs). And they confirmed Neuer is 92?

EDIT: On closer look there is thirthy 88+ cards. There were like 15 last year.

What is with these ratings on GK's? Handanovic +3, Lloris +3, Oblak +5. For what?
De Gea by this logic deserves at least +7, and why not make Neuer 99 and Messi and Ronaldo over 100?

I have to think that the new engine demanded the changes in GK ratings, as in general GKs were OP as hell in FIFA 16, so they probably nerfed their ability significantly and needed a new set of ratings. That is my only explination for several ratings in GKs that are just plain undeserved, Oblak should be nowhere near an 87.

Like I said before they must have a change in rating formula
Gks all 2 ratings higher than what they withs have got otherwise. Defenders one higher than what they otherwise would have got.

Btw 30-21 is out btw is on the link I showed earlier. Shocked

The GK's are getting much higher Handling, but when Handanovic and Oblak are 87, I expected Cech to have more than 88.

suarez is 92 rated btw. top 3 ratings are gonna be released later and it's neymar, messi, and ronaldo. if messi and ronaldo get 94 than neymar will get either 93 or 92 like suarez.

92 Neymar needs to be a joke, after all he didn't even have fantastic season, Suarez with that logics deserves 95, also everyone getting upgrades but Messi gets downgrade?

Messi last year was better than this year, in fact way better. Messi this year was barely above average based on his standards. Also Ronaldo 94 is unfair. He deserves to be 93, he hasn't been anything superb to be compared to his performance last season.

Messi was too highly rated last year, he should have been on par with Ronaldo, and the events since the FIFA 16 ratings have confirmed that. What you're seeing now is a reaction to something that should have happened last year. As for Neymar, I'm disappointed that he isn't lower than Suarez, but whatever, I can live with it.

To be honest, I'm wondering if Messi had some deal that if he was the coverboy (as he was for the past few FIFAs) that he had to be the highest rated player in the game or joint-highest player. Because this is the first time he's been lower than Ronaldo in forever, and while I think it's deserved I can't help but thinking that and him off the cover is not a coincidence.

Messi's contract ending must have played a part in the decision that Ronaldo is now rated higher than him. Also Ronaldo had a better season in terms of achievements. Of course this doesn't mean Ronaldo is even close to be better than Messi, but I suppose they felt they have to give him the best ranking after winning Euros and UCL.

@rayrex you said exactly what I was thinking.

guys, just because barcelona went out of the CL and lost the copa america final that does NOT make him any worse player. messi's rating shud not be a rating on barcelona's trophies.

I don't know what you guys are saying, Jan Oblak is an amazing keeper. He's probably the best keeper in Spain after Navas.
