I no longer get video. It loads up but I only get a black screen. Any suggestions? Thanks

What type of videos? YouTube videos, other videos on the internet, or videos on your PC? If it's on the internet, then there probably something wrong with your flash players. Just try to updated and see if it works again.

Thanks for the info. I use a macbook. I'll update my flashplayer and try that.
