Neymar ordered to appear in court over Barcelona transfer!

Neymar has to show himself at the court at 2 of February about his transfer to Barcelona. Alongside with him it will be his father, Sandro Rosell the ex-president of Barcelona and the current president Josep Maria Bartome.

The court has to analyse the complaints of a Brazilian investment company that was ''hurted'' financially from Barcelona by that transfer and a bunch of transfer rules completely ignored and violated by the Spanish giants.

Your thoughts?

Depends the way you see it :), Personally I hope justice prevails for once at football. If the Barcelona side is false accused by the Brazilian company I hope Barcelona wins the trial. Same goes for the Brazilian company if Barcelona actually injured their economy.

Brazilian investment company? I'm not sure why they would have been hurted by a football transfer, I'm guessing it has to do with the fact Neymar left Brazil... Someone will need to explain me, I guess. Whatever it is, totally agree with Jose.

@Emobot7 Majority of teams that are not football giants don't have the 100% of a player contract because their wages are huge compared to less talented and famous players. For example Porto sell quite a lot of talented players to bigger clubs for huge amounts of money but they dont recieve the 100% of the paycheck. Its other companies involved in their payment and wages and not completely the club. Michael Essien is the current example for me at Greece. I think Adidas lost a huge amount of income in Greece so that made them to persuade Panathinaikos [Famous team in Greece with European final vs Ajax] to add Essien on their ranks since their current situation is tragic. That way they made the greek fans of Panathinaikos get excited with a famous name and buy his jersey so Adidas and both Panathinaikos get benefits of such marketing deal.

Edit: By all means I don't say Porto is not a major club but their wealth is not as huge as many people think because of their constant talent selling to BPL / La Liga and other leagues of Europe. They are surely above most clubs in Portugal but considering the new TV right deals the big trio of Portugal made the biggest deal according to the media went to Porto and Sporting to prevent panic and anger from their fans, on the other hand Benfica made the best deal and didn't sold as many of their rights as the other big clubs did. Yet after all media propaganda made Benfica's deal look the worse. Porto is in panic for beeing in the 3rd place and losing major matches such UCL qualification and a recent derby to Sporting. Sporting on the other hand is playing Kung Fu and Karate vs Braga and won with such a disgraceful way recently that the referee should be banned from Stadiums if you ask me. By the way I am not a friend of Benfica it just happens that I watch the league in Portugal for years and the way some matches are beeing refereed makes me sick in the stomach.
