NFL franchise owner Shahid Khan has agreed a deal to buy Fulham, Sky sources understand.

The
Jacksonville Jaguars chief, a billionaire car parts manufacturer, is
set to be confirmed as the club's new owner on Saturday, ending Mohamed
Al Fayed's 16-year tenure.

Al Fayed is due to speak to the media at 1pm on Saturday.
