Sacked the coach and will revamp the staff a bit. They will always turn things around, just not sure how quickly. Since the Euros are soon, I don't expect a lot of noise, but the World Cup is still a good way away, so they have time.

Their coach is a disaster
Really interesting time for Germany national team. They clearly got some quality imho and Flick wasn't a bad coach per see but it seem like his style didn't worked with the way national team play. The search for the next manager is certainly the most interesting thing about the situation. They don't really have an obvious German manager lined up for the job and it would be an historic first for a foreign coach to manage Germany. Will be interesting to see.
Nagelsmann is the appointment. Thoughts?
