The Mumbai team has shown excellent results this season. They played the Indian Super League well, and now even the owners of Manchester City have decided to purchase this team.

I think that the media support of Sportsadda influenced the improvement of the team’s game. They allocated a whole section under Mumbai FC.

So, I made some research and personally, I feel that, while Mumbai FC are good, there still better team in the ISL, like Bengaluru and FC Goa, as far as results goes at least. The thing with the Indian Super League is that its quite young.

Also, the fact City owner buyed them isn't only a good thing for it could mean to be used as a loan team to give younger player from City or other teams owned by the same owner some playing time. Its really depend on the new owner ambition and intention for the club.
