Just from a purely personal perspective:
-I doubt Ronaldo cost less now (£ 77.8m according to this) then he was when Madrid signed him for £80m.
-No way Falcao is going anywhere for less than £50m
-NO way Yaya Toure cost only £27m. He's one of the best end-to-end midfielders in the world.

In any case, the so called "sugar-daddy clubs" have rendered market prices impossible to estimate these days (viz. because they can essentially smash it without blinking an eye).

As if Torres is worth more than the likes of Cassilas, Sneijder, Xavi Alonso and Lewandoski. I understand that they're older and he's younger, but he is not worth more than them!

The prices these days are so damn high, it's bloody ridiculous. FIFA should do something about it.

I don't buy the price for Neymar. 55 million for... what? A skilled teenager who can do some step-overs, dive around, and (very) occasionally score? Oscar was a much better package when Chelsea bought him, by comparison.

Don't get me wrong, he COULD turn out to be the next C. Ronaldo, but only if he toughens up and starts using his skills for a team, in the same way Ronnie learned to from SAF. Those were very rare and special circumstances, and while there's nothing to say Neymar couldn't follow suit, right now he's just a kid with some dancing feet.

Let him prove himself on any kind of stage beyond the Brazilian league, before 55 million gets busted out of the piggy bank for him. I expect him to go to Real for 20 million.

Here in Brazil all the people and commentators on TV says that Neymar is almost as good as Messi...
He is so overrated. In my country the main league is so easy, that's why he do all that tricks and whatever...
In 2-3 years everyone will forget him, just like Robinho.

Yeah, I think Robinho is the perfect example of that. And Denilson.
