^ Marry a rich guy.
Brilliant read and an exciting topic. Did you write this yourself?
Btw I've been in Monaco, it's phucking awesome place.
Wow, cunning ploy for money.
@Volkinator His wife is a famous miner didn't you know? She is a Gold Digger... :)
Haha, its simple. Just find some oil in Russia. Be a billionair. And then buy one of the biggest football clubs in Europe ^_^
@DecentK

@Ramaboy10
Lol he got robbed, but he can loose half of his money he would still be Billionaire, that reminds me of a movie of Georges Clooney '' Intolerable cruelty '' with the '' Massey '' contract if someone have watched the movie :).

this is really intresting to read. In fact i think ill do some sherlock holmes on this he he he
Incredible, Monaco ending up first of their group, i wonder how Rybolovlev is welcoming the news...
@Volkinator golddigger, simple.
Yannick Ferreira Carrasco the 21 year old Belgium international may just be the next big name in football.
I think many people wondered whats happenning at Monaco, first signing incredible players for big money and then selling them, so why this sudden move while Monaco was 2nd in the league and reached CL.
Why did they sold James and Falcao, why the expected rise didnt get realised ?
Ok, first in this kind of clubs, most of the actions come from the rich owner, in Monacos case its the Russian Billioner : Dimitry Rybolovlev.
( The Russian owner with the Prince of Monaco )
So why Rybolovlev bought Monaco and promised them a world class team, then he changed his mind ?
The answer is quite simple, Monaco = Tax free ( Only if you have the citizenship wich is quite impossible for many people to have French included ).
Rybolovlev had just divorced loosing an incredible fortune to his wife, by buying Monaco as a gift to his daughter, he was secretly aiming to protect his fortune by getting the Monaco citizenship.
What happened is pretty much the opposite of what he though, New rules in France oblige clubs to pay high tax for players salary, and like PSG stars did, Monaco players ask for a net salary letting the Club dealing with the raising tax in Frrance against the rich people.
So here is the points why he chose Monaco : Citizenship + facilities in taxes.
But what happened last year that let him decide to sell his 2 biggest stars, James and Falcao ?
First and its the main reason, he never recieved a Monegasc passport for X reason, and PSG complained about tax facilities that Monaco is having so FFF was working on including Monaco in paying taxes wich double their team salary cost.
So Dimitry when he understood he will never get this famous passport, he has understood that he got treated like an idiot and decided to get back his money by selling his stars for the happiness of RM and United.
Now, the real question is what Monaco will become ? A big club or a decent French team ?
One thing is sure, Berbatov is not Falcao or James ( but he gor a Russian name :) ).
Only Rybolovlev knows what Monaco will become at the end but here is the Economical facts that decided Monacos future, they were supposed to stretengh their team for UCL, they are doing just decent this years because of their limited squads.
Some thoughs ?
