The penalty round of the Newell's-Boca game will definitely go down in football history. An amazing 26 penalties needed to be taken (some players, obviously, repeated) to see which team would go through to the semifinals of the Copa Libertadores. In the end, it was Newell's that came up trumps, thanks to Maxi 'LaFiera' Rodríguez, the ex-Liverpool midfielder, that scored the definitive goal and put his team through.
