On Thursday, in a match between America de Cali and Alianza Petrolera, defender Marlon Torres decided to be a referee for the first time in his career.
There was a VAR check after Larry Angulo bagged the winner in the 97th minute and the protest called for a yellow card. The referee dipped his hand in his pocket to show the offender a yellow card and the card fell on the pitch.
Here comes Torres exhibiting his refereeing duties by picking the card to show the opposition before handing it over to the referee.
