what if you change the formation a bit this time, since United are having issues with central midfields. Since Scholes and Carrick are versatile midfielder and can play defensive, it would be better if you put them in the back and let Kagawa do the offensive job up front. So maybe this formation would be better for next season:

The two possible players you can get are Moura and Baines.

De Gea/Lindegaard

Rafael/Jones - Ferdinand/Evans - Vidic - Evra/Baines

                     Scholes/Carrick
Young/Moura                         Valencia/Nani
                           Kagawa

              Rooney - Welbeck/Chicharito

That looks like a more solid formation, IMO.

I think its a matter of whether Ferguson is willing to start using a new formation.
Maybe United can move 
Young/Moura                         Valencia/Nani
to support the strikers more along with Kagawa.
But nonetheless, I would be happy with this type of squad.
