Our fitness program is very good. You should see how much Angel di Maria developed physically under our fitness instructors. It's why our players are so physically dominant.

^ It's not the muscle tone of di Maria that has improved. It's his energy and physical limitations. When first joining us, di Maria had an average stamina. He could run for up to 80 minutes, but then would be tired. But as the seasons went on, di Maria could run for longer and longer, until now, you see him running at full speed against the Atletico defense in the 110' minute. That's pretty ridiculous if you ask me.

Kaka also put on a massive amount of muscle during his time with us, but it weighed him down so much that he became slow because of his muscle mass. Benzema has also been under a special training program that has given him more muscle mass, but helped him lose unnecessary weight. It's drastically improved his stamina in the last 2 seasons.

I read something saying that Ronaldo is the second fittest sportsman in the world.

He has the motivation to be the best in the future, we can see the sacrifice and the determination.
Improving every season in my eyes...

I know LeBron and he is a beast on court, but is he really the fittest?

Depends what you class "fit" as, since marathon runners are quite fit.

@Eden

Yes, he is extremely fit. He is fast, extremely well built and can last a while.

He wasn't that skinny before he left. It's just choosing a muscly picture and putting it next to a non-muscly picture.

The fact that this was headline news for The Sun should have been a clue as to whether or not this was mostly made-up... ;)
