If he keeps being on form like he is and shines throughout the season we could possibly get over 5 million.

We signed him for £7million, his transfer market value went to 5 millions due to his injury and lack of playing time. So if he shines throughout the season we can actually get a bit more than 5 millions but if his performance will be average, then 5 millions is about right. :)

Good for all parties involved. Marin will get playing time, Chelsea don't really have the space to fit him and Sevilla get a player who is playing well for them.
