Chelsea have an agreement to sign Andre Schurrle from Bayer Leverkusen with Kevin De Bruyne heading in the opposite direction on loan, according to the Bundesliga club's general manager Wolfgang Holzhauser.

Win win for Chelsea. Schurrle is a great player. Plus, they get to keep De Bruyne as well.

That would be the best scenario for us.

They don't really need him... do they?

Some good players will left Chelsea or will suffer .
