San Marino got promoted by 28 positions by doing what exactly? As hard as I try Ive never quite understood how the ranking points mechanism works. Therefore I cant criticise it as I wish I could.
@Tuanis It was the first time in 10 years that the team (San Marino) had not lost a game, ending a 61–match losing streak, and securing the country's first ever point in a European Championship qualifier.

China and India have populations in the billions. Statistically speaking, can they not find 23 out of the billion who can play decent football?
^it's more about the culture of each individual country. There can be one guy on china who has the potential to be a top class player but if he is never exploited and trained properly then he will be a lost player. Look at Uruguay, they find payers everywhere they look.
