He's not going to play in England, stating otherwise just means you don't know anything about Gerrard. And stating that he would ever play for Man U is just plain stupid.

He might not play for United , but City is a different case ... hopefully Gerrard learn something from Lampards move that did not go well with fans .

Him going to LA Galaxxy for 20 million is not expensive . Gerrard will be good to play for at least another 3 years in MLS, so Galaxy will have time to make their money back on increased ticket sales , merchandize , deals and etc.

Gerrard's situation is different than Lampard's. Chelsea had mistakes too on Lampard's seperation. But this is Gerrard's own decision. So I don't think he will ever play in England anymore or even Europe. He probably will retire in America.
