Well, its true. There has been an advanced contact. At first I thought it was a joke. But I quickly took [Mourinho's] call seriously. A great man like Jose Mourinho phoning a small player like Kurt Zouma, it's nice. It does not happen to you every day and it is a great sign of respect and trust.

He seems quite good for his age. I love our new strategy, buy great young players for cheap and loan them out and make them prove themselves while keeping an eye on them, if they are good that's a great business and if they turned out to be a world class bring them in to the first team! :)
