okay maybe there is a chance because wenger says he's not closer to signing a new contract, but I would be really sad to see him go.

Wenger leaving will be same effect as Sir Alex leaving United. Who knows maybe even more damaging ...

@marcus I was talking about Sagna's contract, and gazidis just confirmed a few hours ago that wenger would sign a new contract and that they would make the announcement at the right time.

I just saw the image because before I commented when i opened thread all i saw was "what" , so I read your comment . Bacary Sagna wants one last silverware before he starts to drop in performance . He will sign one if Arsenal wins.

He might just go, but I doubt he would leave in this transfer window. Wouldn't make any sense unless they pay him handsomely to sabotage our title hopes.

City lacks quality at the right back . Even though he is aging , Sagna should still be good temporary signing and he still has not signed contract so he should come cheap .

@Marcus, yes and he is still playing very good and his physical ability is as good as ever. This man is a beast and will be a beast for a few more seasons.

BTW that's just the media page on the City website just collects news articles including from tabloids like Dailymail (which just make up news) so I wouldn't lend too much credence to it. With no offence to Sagna, he would not start over Zabaleta. And is too good to be second choice.
